Ребят с магазином у всех все нормально?? Не могу зайти в свой личный кабинет, пишет, мол нет такого эмайла, хотя рассылка приходит(( заново регится чтоль((

Народ кто может подсказать почему деньги за предзаказ вернули, хотя на сайте он висит в активных?
Оплачивал картой сбера. В смске написали, что "отмена авторизации".

У них просто странная система оплаты по предзаказам. У меня тоже списали в июле потом через неделю сделали возврат, а неделю назад списали еще раз за одну футболку (заказывал две), вторую будут обрабатывать после релиза в ноябре.

Hello,
The payment for this order was returned to my credit card back in July, and today I've got charged the second time for 26$. I have no idea why the first time funds were returned and why you charged me again with a different amount. Also I have no emails regarding any of these transactions on my registered email box.
Could you please help me to check this case? I would like to know what exactly you are charging me for, please.

When an order is placed the total amount is only pre-authorised, this will show on your account as the bank/card company place a temporary reserve on the funds to cover the transaction, this is then released back in to your account if it is not processed within 3-7 days (depending on the bank) we do not actually debit the payment for an item until it is being processed prior to dispatch, the payment taken is for the t-shirt part of your order.

Sorry, it's getting complicated for me. The order contains two t-shirts and I have no clue which one you are going to process or exclude from the order. Is it some kind or random picking or what?
Please cancel this order and wipe off my account including all the personal/payment information.

You will be getting both of the t-shirts you ordered, the No Tourists t-shirt will be charged and sent upon it's release, the date for this is scheduled for November 2nd, the Need Some1 t-shirt is the one which has been charged and posted out to you, if you still wish to cancel the No Tourist t-shirt please let us know.

да, там так, я помню бокс дэя заказывал, тоже вернули деньги.
это даже не возврат, а разблокировка этой суммы у тебя на счету.
когда происходит транзакция, банк блокирует ту сумму на счету, которую ты переводишь в ожидании перевода,
у банка есть определенное стандартное время, для завершения транзакции и если с той стороны деньги не забирают, банк разблокировывает эту сумму,
но транзакция не закрывается, а висит в состоянии ожидания, пока деньги с той стороны не заберут или пока ты сам не отменишь перевод.
так что всё норм.
