It was only a matter of time before someone seized the opportunity to use Daft Punk's ubiquitous "Get Lucky" in a marketing campaign for a sex-related product. According to NME, Durex has apparently teamed up with Daft Punk to make a "Get Lucky" brand of condoms, imprinted with the Daft Punk logo and that now-famous image of Daft Punk, Pharrell, and Nile Rodgers in front of a blazing sun.
It's unclear if the condoms will be available to the general public, but Durex has apparently been sending promotional packages to DJs. Diplo, for instance, posted the above photo on Instagram last night, captioned with: "Thank god I had those daft punk condoms last night". |
